Tandy came through again. He came in and went straight to work on the dryer. He replaced the broken belt in no time at all. He showed us what happened and explained possible reasons as to why it happened. Tandy continues to be an expert technician and I will always prefer to have him service my appliances.

My name is Ingrid and my husband and I was very pleased with the technician Ronnie. He also brought a partner with him for learning purposes which I agreed to when he arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer which is a front loader then went to see if he had the parts to fix it. He did have the part so he went straight to work on it. This is the only time I had a problem with my dryer and it is around 12yrs old or older I can’t really remember when I got it. It was a Mother’s Day gift the washer and dryer set. I know he said it is a good one but they don’t make that particular dryer anymore. He’s an excellent technician. Ask for Ronnie.
