I didnt get the 30min call ahead, but Mr.Norman was amazing. Knowledgeable and quick. Even my wifes cat liked him. Which is more than I can say the cat likes me...:-)

Doug came and inspected my mower before he did any work. I thought my deck was uneven. Doug said first to check the tire pressure on all 4 tires. One was off completely. Filled all tires now mower seems to cut evenly. He finished the inspection and did what he had to do and all seems right now. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Sears for having Doug on its staff.

Ohhh my goodness … I am so in love with Sears Home Services!!! The technician assigned to my service order was awesome!!! Anthony M was friendly, kind and patient. He is VERY knowledgeable, informed and showed me all issues. Repaired dryer quickly and efficiently. As well as performed preventative maintenance on my washing machine. Anthony M. even spotted a water leak and cleaned up after himself! His almost 30 years of experience shines through and makes him an extremely valuable employee!!!
