Ohhh my goodness … I am so in love with Sears Home Services!!! The technician assigned to my service order was awesome!!! Anthony M was friendly, kind and patient. He is VERY knowledgeable, informed and showed me all issues. Repaired dryer quickly and efficiently. As well as performed preventative maintenance on my washing machine. Anthony M. even spotted a water leak and cleaned up after himself! His almost 30 years of experience shines through and makes him an extremely valuable employee!!! Anthony M. thank you for providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship!
