The second technician was professional, polite, on time, and friendly. As for the timely part, I can't say the same for the company. They overwhelm you with their arrival texts starting a week out, give a 4 hour window without arriving, and don't call or text you to tell you he won't be coming.

Tech called before he arrived. Very polite and professional. He found several socks my washer had "eaten". And a new shirt. He removed my shirt and was careful not to tear it.

Excellent service by both technicians. The first technician was very polite and identified the problem right away. The final technician who came out today was extremely professional, polite and had the job completed in no time. They were extremely knowledgeable about my electric appliance.
