Good day, I had a service appointment where my refrigerator was deemed beyond repair. American Home Shield is waiting on your report to proceed with replacement. It has been one week with no update. Please submit the diagnosis immediately and confirm once sent. Can I please have this expedited? This delay is preventing my warranty claim along with not being able to properly store food for my household which is creating unnecessary stress and disruption having to request multiple days off work which I will not be reimbursed for. I’ve tried calling, email etc. No answer!! This is just ridiculous. The only thing my warranty company suggested was to re-do the appointment, which means more time off work, which I can’t afford. Someone, please help.

Fourth visit. 1, 2, and 3 by Alex were great. Quick to diagnose and order parts. The last visit today by Daniel was not so good. Not very personable, left all the trash here, dirt all over the floor, and water everywhere. Sears service by American Home Shield. Before today was 5 stars, today ZERO stars.

I did not see anyone today. They did not call me and I did not see anyone come to my house. I have repeatedly tried to tell you all to have the technician blow his horn when he gets here.
