Sears has been to my house at least 10 times. Same technician. My refrigerator is still not working. I have not had anything but terrible experiences.

I am not sure if this company is a joke or a scam. They don’t have a physical office at this location. I purchased their so called “Sears Protect Home Warranty” and have been waiting for almost 7 months to get my stove repaired. The technician ordered the wrong part, failed to order the right part and then failed to show up 3 times. I wasted 3 whole days waiting for them to show up. The last two times; they said that the technician was on the way. No show. Their call center is an absolute joke as well. It seems they have no idea what they are doing. They keep transferring me, asking me to call another number, and make false promises. There were times when they “scheduled” an appointment and then I was told no appointments were scheduled.

No show from technicians for 5 months. Reported that they came to repair my range👎. NO SHOW NO CALLS. At home each time out of 7 appointments or more. Lost count. 🤷‍♀️ don’t need a “1” would not let me post unless I put something in review.

Horrible. Waited 4 weeks. 2 cancelled appointments and 1 no show. Nothing left to say other than absolutely absurd customer service.

The service technician never showed up and never called. I received an email stating we refused service and saw the wrong address was listed. The correct phone number was on the account. Why didn't the technician call? Terrible customer service! You would think the technician would at least call the phone number when in doubt.

I took Saturday off work and it cost me 12 hours of overtime only for them to call and reschedule for Monday. I took Monday off work because they gave me a 9 hour window and they never showed up or called. Then they text me at 6 pm and tell me I'm rescheduled for Wednesday with another 9 hour window. I don't know how they are still in business. I could have bought 2 new dishwashers with the money and leave I lost
