Hai worked vigorously and efficiently to fix the problem. He quickly identified the malfunction, replaced the defective part, and checked out the system operation thoroughly afterward. He assiduously cleaned the internal working area of the furnace, closed it up and dealt with the resulting paperwork. Overall excellent, knowledgeable and efficient work. Highly recommend him.
