Mr. Asif was the last in a line of technicians who came to evaluate/fix our washer. He validated an earlier assessment and initiated a replacement claim for us. He was very professional, well-informed, and had direct access to live people at Sears who could (finally) get things moving.

Solomon? Was thorough and professional trying to resolve the problem with my refrigerator freezer leaking inside and all over my kitchenfloor... the order for the part needed, a whole freezer door was canceled because the door is unavailable. Without the part, he was unable to repair and reported additional damage requiring the new freezer door.. he called it in, the freezer-- refrigerator cannot be repaired... I am waiting for the replacement. I have had technicians to address this issue beginning with nonworking ice dispenser, and ice, freezing up in the ice dispensing bin, and water leaking and freezing inside the freezer and into the icemaker for years.. and now i have cracked floor tiles in front of the refrigerator due to water from this problem .
