Expert knowledge, good skills, quick fix! Like others, I would note that the AI scheduler is annoying to work with. It said that the arrival window was 7am-9am when the schedule was for sometime between 8 and 5. Had to respond to confirm 4 or 5 different times. But appreciated a cheerful technician who got the job done quickly.
