My technician was very accommodating with my schedule. I had a foot doctor's appt and they were running behind. He called me and I was at the doctor's office. He rearranged my appointment and came by my residence later on that afternoon. My microwave was having some issues with the sensory system. Amazingly when he checked the microwave it wasnt having any problems. I was so grateful he wasnt upset. Iam glad it all worked out.
