He was a very nice man, and he diagnosed the problem almost immediately! I would suggest giving him a raise I can't say anything he did wrong he gets a 10 as far as I'm concerned.

Marvin (service tech) came to the house at reasonable time. He went right to work and saw what the problem was with the dishwasher door. Lucky no new parts were required, the exterior insulation wrap was tangled around the pulley line coming off the track. Good job!
