The technician was professional. Unfortunately I was told that the issue was resolved and it was not. I tested the dishwasher this evening and the drainage problem remains. I have left messages regarding this and waiting for a reply. I’ve missed 2 days of work trying to get this resolved - without success at this point.

The tech was great but Sears is not, so my dryer broke again, same exact problem they fixed 7 months ago but they would not repair it again saying they don’t give warranty or guarantees in their work, saying I have to pay for a new repair . I see why yall went out of business.

Repair technician's work was excellent. Communicating with Sears Home Repair was a nightmare. All e-mails (over 30 e-mails alone) and text messages were A-I generated and did not help me at all. Some communications were a repeat of the previous ones. Trying to talk with a human was absolutely impossible. The great work of the repair tech was negatively impacted by the way below par customer service. The job itself was delayed for 2 weeks. You may receive good work on the repair, but the wait time and non-existing customer service can be a frustrating and harrowing experience.

I want to start this with I have had good service in the past but for dryer repairs. For washer repairs this is the second time I have had a terrible experance. The first time was in 2020 differant washer at the time. This time they have been to my house 3 times and I still do not have my 2 year old washer fixed. Appointment times are set from 8am to 5pm, you wait all day (if you are under a warranty program) for your appointment. We have now scheduled 4 different appointments for the same issue. One of those 4 appointments sears canceled and let us know after the 5pm time frame. Not sure why the technician doesn't confirm that the issue is fixed before leaving. In every case the washer failed with the first load of laundry as soon as the technician left. Terrible customer service, not a single representative contacted us about these appointments or next steps. One last thing this whole process started March 7th today is March 27. 20 days and counting without a washer. I will update my review if needed. Dawn Pimm

2hrs late and charged 130 to look at my appliance and immediately tell me what I told them to begin with. Tech was here for about 2 minutes and didn’t even check anything. Could have been done over the phone. Go with a local place.

Do yourself a favor and do not pay a dime to these people. They come across as reputable. Actually they had me to buy a part for 540. The part came the next day. The tech came a few days later to say he can’t do it because he needs another set of hands. Then everything is bots and ai. I have not spoken to a live person YET. My appointment was the 6th of March. No call no show. These stupid bots keep saying we have March 10 8-5. I keep trying to confirm and there is a problem. So now I have to wait until March 18. Do yourself a favor people. Stay away from this company. They are absolutely horrible. They are not sooooooo busy. They are just bad, so much so, they won’t even answer. Update Corin, the tech who actually showed up was great. He did not lie like the first guy did. The first guy said he needed another person to do the work. Colin did all the work by himself. He had no help. And my washer is back to normal. Thanks Colin! After my washer was fixed I called Sears to cancel this monthly coverage. Wouldn’t you know, I actually got a live person finally. She tried it, she asked which numbers I was calling. No ma’am. I SAID CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! And she did. Not only that, she refunded the 77 I had paid to talk to bots this entire time. So thanks for that. I still would not recommend paying 77 a month for this service from Sears. One last thing. The 540 I spent for what I thought was for the part included the labor which was 300. I do not recommend Sears appliance coverage. Five stars for Corin. Sears deserves zero but you can’t put less than one star unfortunately.

I hope I never need this service again. I was told by “AI” the fee to come out was $99 but I was charged $129. I hope never to need them again! The technician was great! Don’t expect to ever speak to a real person because they don’t exist . The cost for repair was over$600.00 so I will be buying a new washer.
