Technician completed both jobs during the visit. Very polite and informative.

Our technician was efficient, friendly and he got the job done quick. The only thing negative was that we didn’t get a phone call in the morning with an estimated time of arrival so we had to wait in until 2pm when he arrived. He did however call 15 minutes prior to arriving.

We called to have our dishwasher repaired as it was leaking when running. Tech came out and said the problem was the spray arm was leaking. Then said the cost or repair would be 370.00. We declined as it would be almost cheaper to buy a new one which we did. Seemed high just to replace a spray arm. Also didn't make sense that the spray arm inside the dishwasher was causing it to leak from under the dishwasher.

The service technician was really good. He knew exactly what he was talking about. However, Sears in-home repair services did not do what it was supposed to and did not give the correct information to the technician and so the part that I needed it for my Oven was not available and I spent $129 for nothing. OK, so I heard back from Sears. They asked me to contact them. I tried calling the number I get an AI Representative that cannot understand anything that I’m asking or inquiring about At the end of my conversation, the AI representative says that they have no life operators To speak with customers, everything has to be done through the AI Representative. I don’t even know if these people are legit Because I haven’t been able to talk to anyone. So be very careful when you’re dealing with Sears repairs and home online I would never ever book Service online again. The technician said that the part was not available however, the part is available on line.

Technician was great. He was not able to take care of the problem. He talked with Lowe's. they are deciding to give me a new washer or a down payment. I have a active Lowe's protection plus , they say fix it or replace it. Hope to here from them soon.
