The technician reached out early to give us an approximate time of arrival by text and phone. Once he arrived, he was very professional and polite. He identified the parts needed and ordered them for our dryer. The parts were delivered to our home and he completed the repair a week after his initial visit. For me, the technicians sent by Sears are the best part of their repair service.

When I say he is the best tech that I’ve ever experienced with Sears appliance repair he is the best. I highly recommend him for any of your service needs. As far as your home repairs y’all need to promote this guy to be the CEO.
