Excellent work. Lamon was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and explained what he was doing. It would be nice if the window for him to arrive could be narrowed down. Giving an appointment time of 8am to 5pm (he didn’t arrive until 6pm) meant I had to stick around the house all day. That’s not the technician’s fault though.
