Jeremy was very polite and helpful. However for some reason the system would not let him order correct part. Told me to call Sears Home Service and order part. Sears Home Services parts dept. told me Technician has to order part. So have Technician coming out tomorrow to order part. First two parts ordered were the wrong parts. Would recommend Jeremy come out tomorrow and set things straight. Rated Jeremy 5 stars and Sears Home Services 1 (at best) E. Nelmes

Sears appliance repair has always been very professional. Knows how to find the problem real easy and fix it. I never have to worry when Sears technicians come to the house. They are the best around.

Scott Brown our technician was the very best I have seen since I’ve had my Master Protection Plan for 20 years. Polite, kind and considerate. Very thorough and answered all our concerns. If I have choice would only like for Scott Brown to perform all my PM checks. Excellent job Scott Brown
