I would give 5 stars but after waiting ALL DAY i really can't. The technician was very professional and courteous however the time frame that was provided (ALL FRICKING DAY) was not acceptable. Joshua did inform that the wait time will be between 8:00 - 17:00 (5:00pm) but it would help to have some form of communication. I took the entire day off only to be called at 14:00 (2pm for you civilian people) to let me know that he's 20mis out. I did not hear from anyone the entire day. I don't usually do text but even that would've helped. It would have helped to have a much narrower time frame rather than waiting all day and not getting a courtesy call. An entire day spent doing nothing when I could've been at work. Yes, I do enjoy what I do for a living. DO BETTER SEARS!
