We had an appointment for a technician to service the washing machine in a rental property. Our appointment window was from 8am-12pm. I took off work and waited at the property from 8am until 1:30 pm. The app kept updating to say we were the next client to be served until the original appointment window passed. Then the app no longer recognized that we had an appointment at all. All communication methods are automated so it is impossible to speak to an actual human to resolve issues. We are limited on appliance repair companies that service our area, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following week. The exact same thing happened again. Now I have missed 2 days of work, wasted hours of my time, and the washer still needs repairs. If you need an appliance repaired, choose anywhere else.

I am beyond disappointed and angry with this company’s service. There is no one available to speak with when questions arise, which is extremely frustrating. I have scheduled multiple appointments, and every single one has been canceled without any explanation. The final straw occurred when a technician came to my home, took a picture of my home, and then left without calling or notifying me that he was there. Now I am being asked to reschedule yet again—another two weeks out. Meanwhile, you continue to charge me month after month for insurance that I am not able to use, for the very same appliance that still needs repair. This lack of communication, accountability, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.

Not personally the technician but he literally came in here and touched nothing and I had to pay $129 they could asked me the error code on the phone if that’s all he was going to do for $129.Sears should be ashamed. He didn’t lift one finger until it’s was time for me to pay off the phone. What a joke waste of time and money do not recommend.

The representative that service my washing machine left me two dents on it, one on the left side and one on the right side. I need Sears To credit my account back for the service fee, which was $129.00 . Also, it took Sears 3 months to Finally come out to my house to service it. I had took off numerous days prior to getting it serviced and missed work approximately five times waiting for you guys to come to my home. Please Credit my account back the service fee..
