After waiting around all day on the 31st for a Sears technician who never showed and lied about it, Herbert M arrived right on time the next morning and was able to quickly fix the the problem and we were back in service within 25 minutes.

Kevin was there earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time The amount sears charged for the labour was excessive at around 200 dollars an hour but my fridge is fixed so I don't have to buy a new one
