Kevin was a thoughtful technician the entire time- he called me to let me know where I was in his lineup so I could plan my day accordingly, and then was really helpful and patient as I tried to decide what to next once I learned that the 9 year old refrigerator was basically dead. Because of this neighborly approach, I will definitely use you all again!
