Very capable technitian. Work was done correctly. We are happy with the service from the technitian. Not happy at all with your AI customer service. It only took 6 scheduled appointments to get someone to get here, appointments were either overbooked, or cancelled by customer service. We waisted 6 days of our time waiting on someone to come to fix our refrigerator ice maker. We have a Sears Home Warranty and went through all this.
