Mustafa alerted us before arriving. He quickly analyzed what was causing the problem(s) with our dishwasher. He was candid and thorough in explaining his analysis. He also gave a cost estimate for him to do the repairs. He was polite and answered all of our questions. He was a very good communicator. I would request him by name should I have a future problem with any of our major appliances. Excellent service!

Incredible guy. He explained in detail the problem we were experiencing with the heat pump. He also offered some great advice on how to address the problem if ir arose again. He spoke with great authority an we felt very pleased with his knowledge and decorum. You guys have a great asset, KUDO'S. Just an amazing personable guy. WOW.
