Mr. Aziza was very courteous and professional. He arrived earlier than expected based on the tracker. Of course our appliance did not exhibit the problem that we experienced twice, while he was troubleshooting, he continued to try to provide service by initiating a research ticket for the parts that are likely the cause. I appreciated his work ethic and attempts to resolve our appliance issues. Thank you and thank Mr. Aziza for me.

My husband and I were very impressed with how Mustafa asked the right questions to understand the problem with the freezer that caused it to ice up and leak all over the floor and he was able to diagnose what needed to be done. He also conferred with his manager and followed his advice to ensure everything that could be done was done. When he was finished, he had me take note of when to plug the freezer back into the outlet and when the food could be transferred back into it. He also checked out all of our other appliances that were covered under warranty and suggested that I make an appointment in January to have all of them inspected.

After removing the oven door to replace the door hinges, Hamayoon took great care not to damage his work surface on our kitchen table which I appreciated. He efficiently deconstructed the parts to be removed and ended up with a very nice result which, again, I appreciated immensely since the previous squeaking of the oven door every time it was opened was very annoying. I think Hamayoon did a great job!
