The Sear’s technician who serviced my lawn mower arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, diagnosed and corrected the problem efficiently and quickly. In addition he provided me with valuable mower operating tips and advice. He was personable and helpful. I would recommend this service technician to anyone.

Mr. Aziza was very courteous and professional. He arrived earlier than expected based on the tracker. Of course our appliance did not exhibit the problem that we experienced twice, while he was troubleshooting, he continued to try to provide service by initiating a research ticket for the parts that are likely the cause. I appreciated his work ethic and attempts to resolve our appliance issues. Thank you and thank Mr. Aziza for me.
