I paid $199.00 for water heater annual maintenance service which lasted 15 mins - he checked flame/for leaks/ and corrosion - no equipment tests were done - seems price is high!

After having 6 or 7 technicals sent who replaced the compressor and ice maker the last technician installed Freon which so far (4 days ago) the freezer unit and ice maker are working. This was the first time that I bought an extended warranty, happy I did.

My freezer still is NOT making ice and there is no water in the ice maker. Sediq told me to put baking soda/coffee grounds in to take up the smell which he thinks is from some hairline crack in the walls? Not working. He said I may need a new ice maker and to wait for 24 hours to see if it makes ice. It's been 9 hours and there is not a drop of water in the ice maker. I am frustrated and have company coming. He did not want to move the refrig out from the wall to check the lines but I insisted because it smelled like a coolant leak. But nothing was wrong there.
