The tech was great bu6t it ijs impossible to easily talk to a live person. Extremely frustrating! Rating came down on as a result of lack of access.

I was initially unsatisfied with the response to my repair. The repair they did, did not fix the leak to my washer and the additional part that I was told is needed is out of stock. I could not talk to a person and the automated responses do not answer my questions. I paid $640 and the problem and it took me several calls to finally schedule a follow-up appointment. Sears did eventually fix the problem but their AI customer service is frustrating to work with.

We were fairly sure that our dryer needed a belt because the drum would not turn. That was not included as a problem in the drop down list. Also, a rough estimate online of cost to replace a belt would be helpful. We chose not to have the repair because of too high cost.

Technician damaged my countertop when repairing the dishwasher. The dishwasher also does not appear to be installed properly. Some metal pieces are hanging out. I'm going to see if it actually works.

The Sears tech was polite and knowledgeable. Repair was made. I cannot recommend this company because I cannot talk with a person, only a computer that could not give me the answer that I needed when my appointment was changed without any reason given
