The repairman evaluated the situation in about 15 mins at which time it was agreed it would be more practical to buy a new washer. I thought the $99 cost for him to do his evaluation was high. However, he seemed to be very knowledgeable on what was wrong.

Mauricio was amazing. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He was honest and upfront about cost and what it would take to make the repair we needed. It was awesome He could speak Spanish and English. All around we will be calling in the future for repair work.
