Dane schooled us on how the cold from freezer cools fridge. Fridge needs to be 2 inches away from the wall. I will give it some time to see if the fridge temperature cools to at least 38 degrees

Mauricio was able to come the day I called. He indicated we did not need to go to the expense of a repair and advised us on why and what to do. He’s so friendly and isn’t out to make the most money from his customers. He’s out to make his customers happy and do the best he can for them. We’ll be sure to call him again.

The repairman evaluated the situation in about 15 mins at which time it was agreed it would be more practical to buy a new washer. I thought the $99 cost for him to do his evaluation was high. However, he seemed to be very knowledgeable on what was wrong.
