It's nice to have confidence in a service technician and that's what we got from Dane. He fixed a problem with our refrigerator freezer. Dane is very professional and conscientious. On our first appointment, he went out of his way to get the refrigerator to freeze properly until he could order parts. When the parts came, he went right to work and got everything fixed.
