They were very prompt and on time. Even when they couldn't fix the problem with my dryer, they were honest about it, gave me a refund on the part, and gave me a coupon to help purchase a new dryer. The 2 repair men who came out were very nice to deal with!

Great repair person...Explained why the washer was not working and how in the future I could prevent that from happening. He also provided me lots of regular information on the use of my washer. Have had the washer for some time, but received nothing in the way of information about the washer from the Sears salesman when I purchased the unit. He was professional, came on time, provided lots of information about the machine... could not have asked for anything more!!

Excellent customer service from first phone call to them for assistance (On a Sunday no less!) and an unexpected next-day appointment was available and scheduled. Prompt and reliable tech that called in advance to confirm. Wish we knew about this service years ago as it would have saved us a lot of grief with appliance repairman struggles.
