Ryan, a very nice gentleman from Color Country Appliance, Toquerville, UT, was sent by Sears to repair my Kenmore (LG) top loading washer that kept getting off balance. It was so bad I couldn't even wash one set of twin sized sheets without re-balancing them 4 times. Sears previously sent a Sears repairman a month prior but he did not solve the problems I was having - he never even turned my machine on. Ryan was very thorough. He asked questions about the problems I was having, and he listened well to my answers. He then found the culprits and took care of things! Good Job Ryan & Thank You Again!
