THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME AND FIXED PROBLEM QUICKLY HOWEVER HE MUST HAVE TURNED THE FREEZER TEMPERATURE FUP AS THE ICE MAKER IS COMPLETELY FROZEN. WE HAD TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER SERVICE CALL FOR 6/30 AND WE HAVE NO ICE TO USE

Repairman very thorough & explained what he did fie maintenance but was unable to diagnosis residue in tub. He took picture & submitted it for technical support. We have not heard from technical support regarding it. He suggested wait few weeks then follow up, the residue sticks to clothing at times. Please have someone contact us. 8/22 Was on hold 25 minutes then disconnected with technical support today.

On what would have been the 8th visit by Sears to fix our microwave, Dane reported that he had been to our location to install 2 parts and closed the ticket again on July 1. Trouble is, he never even showed up. He's cancelled appointments numerous times in the past. Something fraudulent is going on between Sears and 2-10 home warranty. We will be reporting this to any agencies that we can.

Absolutely terrible service. I was charged $139 and got absolutely nothing out of it. Steer clear of using this company they will NOT respond to you after the (lack of) service is done. The second they drive away you will NEVER hear from them again.

Absolutely Terrible Service I do not even have words for how much of a nightmare my Sears Service appointments have been. And I mean appointments plural because it has been over Five months I have been trying to get my washer working. My last appointment I had they took apart The wrong washing machine!!! I have two that sit next to each other. I repeat, they took apart the wrong washing machine!! Never ever ever use Sears appliance repair.

The technician was professional and did a good job, but I will NEVER use Sears again. I tried for two days to contact Sears since they had the wrong service address. It is impossible to talk to a person at Sears or to leave an email or message. You get stuck in an AI circle of unnecessary questions when you reach out to them.. After 2 days I had to literally track the service van thru our town to get him the proper information. Huge waste of time.
