Technician could not find the leak. It immediately leaked again on next wash. My wife and I pulled the machine from the wall and think it is the hose. Should have done this before paying $139.00 for nothing! Stay clear of these guys!

Stay away from this company! We spent over 400 and they did not fix the ice maker on our fridge. They will rip you off!!!!!

The guy the came to replace the pump that went out in our washer said everything was good to go so we ran a load of laundry. It obviously wasn’t. The washer filled and started running then flooded our laundry room and went through the walls into the kitchen and into one of our bedrooms. We called to have someone come back and they said they would have a tech call us and we’ve not heard a thing and it’s been two days .

An absolute nightmare to deal with. We spent half a year trying to get our dishwasher fixed by them through our home warranty. TWICE we had no one showed up on the day of the appointment. When someone finally did show, he “fixed” it and when he left it stopped working and he wouldn’t respond to any of our texts or calls and now our home warranty won’t believe us so we had to start the case all over again. Extremely sketchy and hard to get ahold of. AVOID this company at ALL COSTS.

Received the parts, scheduled an appointment. The tech was supposed to show up between 8 and 5. He never came. I called Sears to ask why the tech did not come. They said they had rescheduled my appointment to 2 weeks later, and that was the only availability. I then asked,: if they completely ignored my appointment today, what is stopping them from ignoring my appointment next time? Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Called scheduled an appointment was supposed to show up between 8 and 5 I had to reschedule my grooming appointments to accommodate. Waited all day tried calling can’t talk to a human no call from the service technician finally at 7pm got a text and an email they rescheduled my appointment for a week out. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
