Mauricio was able to come the day I called. He indicated we did not need to go to the expense of a repair and advised us on why and what to do. He’s so friendly and isn’t out to make the most money from his customers. He’s out to make his customers happy and do the best he can for them. We’ll be sure to call him again.

Very professional and went above and beyond and tightened door handles even though we had only complained about the ice maker. I don’t know how much was paid as we had American Home Shield.
