On time and efficient. We have two dishwashers, and I ordered service on both, but the technician only had one work order when he arrived. He went the extra mile to get the 2nd work order.

Chris was very professional and helpful. He took the time to make sure the job was done right.

I recently had Sears come out to service our washer/dryer that we purchased from them 2 years ago. He instructed me on my washer and showed me how I was using to much detergent. I have remedied that. He also had to clean my dryer and replace some parts. We purchased the service contract through sears at the time of our purchase and it was well worth it!

We still have the awake problem!!!!

Chris came to our home to service my treadmill in the time frame that was promised. There was nothing wrong with the treadmill, just time for the annual tune up. Chris did his job quickly and quietly. He let us know what he did to the machine and he was polite and friendly. We have always had a good experience with the Sears people and this one was also!
