Leak at filter housing-tried 2 new housings w/o success. Leak bypassed so water/ice usable w/o filter. SEARS AI system is very frustrating. No way to talk to a person with problem not on their menu . Had to reschedule for parts-the showed up when I was outside with RV repairman so he left when I didn't answer the door-.ade o other attempt to contact me. The 8 to 5 time frame is unacceptable-waitrd around for 2 whole days wondering when to expect service. Should be able to call in the a.m. to give a rough idea on when to expect arrival.

Super friendly, worked quickly, quietly, and didn’t leave a spot of a mess! The technician was amazing, the only reason I did 4 stars is because of the cost based on the small part that had to be replaced and how fast it was done but how expensive it was

Communication was terrible. Told part was shipped USPS and it came Fed Ex. Do tracking number did not work. Address was incomplete. Actual install was fine

No compaints on sevice issues, the Service person is very knowledgable and friendly. Our only beef is that he only comes to Mesquite once a week on Tuesdays. So when we call Choice for servce we had to get in line which whom is ahead of us for his services. If he has to order parts, we wait ofr the parts to ocme then wait for him to to get and opening which is usually the next tuesday or two for him to install the parts. That sometimes takes a month or so.
