Wayne M,
Technician was suppose to be at the house between 11:30 and 12:10. Never showed up. No text that he was running behind or when to expect him. Finally at 2:15 he showed up. We literally got a text about 5 minutes before he arrived. Tried to get hold of someone on the phone. The only person I could get was an AI voice. Very frustrating.

The technician was awesome! He Gets 5 stars. He was in and out in 20 minutes and even had the part we needed, and found us a coupon to help with the costs. (Because of the season and it wasa blessing because we're rebuilding our savings). I only por the stars because the call center left much to desired. they called me the day before they were originally supposed to arrive which was a week before the 19th and they said someone would be there on the 12th because I had called them almost a week before that they did not look to see if someone was available that day just if they had the open slot. I had to wait an extra week because they didn't bother to look or even check on my visitation order until the day that they were supposed to show up. So I got pushed back even farther because they didn't check to see if they had somebody scheduled to fix it on the original date.
Liesa H,
I love that they come fix it but.... they have come 3 times and it's still not fixed! Being without a washer for 4 weeks really sucks when you have a family of seven and the nearest laundry mat is an hour away!

Linda B,
I was without my LG bottom-freezer refrigerator (which was only 3 1/2 years old) for over 2 weeks waiting for a new compressor. The local repair service told me the compressor was on backorder from their distributor. After numerous calls with the local repairman and Sears for 2 weeks, the compressor finally arrived at my door. I since have had several people selling or servicing LG major appliances tell me that malfunctioning compressors are commonplace with LG major appliances. I will certainly not buy another from LG again.
Barbara V,
After four visits from Sears Home Services, we are hopeful that our dryer is finally repaired since the last technician finally replaced a part. The technician was friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, in order to replace the defective part, we were quoted nearly $300 which was mostly for labor. However, if we committed to a one-year contract for $600, the cost would be $149. We felt compelled to pay for the annual contract because the $300 was outrageous for a one-time repair. We felt coerced into purchasing the annual service. It wasn't the technician's fault. He was just quoting the company's policy. We feel this is a questionable practice that Sears gets away and needs to be looked into.
