THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME AND FIXED PROBLEM QUICKLY HOWEVER HE MUST HAVE TURNED THE FREEZER TEMPERATURE FUP AS THE ICE MAKER IS COMPLETELY FROZEN. WE HAD TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER SERVICE CALL FOR 6/30 AND WE HAVE NO ICE TO USE

Repairman very thorough & explained what he did fie maintenance but was unable to diagnosis residue in tub. He took picture & submitted it for technical support. We have not heard from technical support regarding it. He suggested wait few weeks then follow up, the residue sticks to clothing at times. Please have someone contact us. 8/22 Was on hold 25 minutes then disconnected with technical support today.

This company has rescheduled 3 times in the last month and only give the option to reschedule a minimum of a week out. Horrible scheduling AI programm.

My experience with customer service has been extremely frustrating. They rely heavily on AI systems to communicate with clients, which makes it very difficult to reach a real person by phone. It often feels like you have to constantly follow up just to get basic service, otherwise your requests go unresolved. The system seems very broken, and the lack of human support has made the entire process stressful and inefficient. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing their services.

This AI is horrible. Can’t speak to anyone. EDIT: So the bot, responds to the negative review and gives me it's own number to call again, where you can ONLY chat with the bot, it specifically says it's an AI only response and there is no human to connect with. The bot has rescheduled the 8hr window 3 times, how is anyone supposed to take 3 days off to get a warranty repair.
