Called scheduled an appointment was supposed to show up between 8 and 5 I had to reschedule my grooming appointments to accommodate. Waited all day tried calling can’t talk to a human no call from the service technician finally at 7pm got a text and an email they rescheduled my appointment for a week out. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

My oven went out right before thanksgiving, it is now January and it’s still not been fixed. The person that said he was coming to fix it never showed up and marked it as completed. And when you call you can’t even talks to a really person. Horrible service

No stars if this page would let me. I think its laughable you people actually solicit reviews. I'm going to guess the majority of your responses and reviews are negative. It took 3 visits to finally fix my microwave/oven combo even with all the foul-ups along the way. How about Sears not accepting "chip" credit cards. Didn't Sears know that the chip card was coming? I've been a customer of Sears for over 45 years but will never do business with them again. Sears no longer cares about their customers. They only continue to watch their bottom line fall and fall. I'll be glad when they finally go. No one should be allowed do business like they do.

Service was prompt in scheduling & the technician was on time. However, he told me after being here an hour he did not know what the problem was so he did not know what to fix. He left without accomplishing anything & I had to pay the $80 service call. I have put up with the same issues for another week & made another request for service to repair my washer. Hoping I get a different technician otherwise I will turn him away at the door & have to find another repair service.

Waited for over two months to get fridge fixed. The technician showed and replaced the parts and low and behold the fridge still does not work. When we called back it will be another month before the technician can be back. So if he can fix it without ordering parts we will be without a fridge for three months and maybe longer if parts are needed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Horrible would never recommend sears . What a nightmare. My fridge has been broken since the 27th of Oct and it is the 3rd of Dec and they have done nothing to fix it.

The repairman thought he had it fixed but right after he left the ice maker wouldn't work again. I call Sears and they said I couldn't get it fixed for another week. This made me very upset as it just got fixed.

Worst experience of our life. Took 6 weeks and four appointments to fix our refrigerator with a sears contract! Unacceptable service! They only have one area refrigeration repairman! Sad!

My "one star" review is based on my experience with the call center--after 20 minutes of woman reading off of a canned script, I finally cancelled! She wouldn't answer ANY of my questions directly, but kept hopping from one canned script to another canned script. I had to keep asking her to stop and listen to me, but all she would do is overtalk me with her canned script. After 20 minutes, I told her to cancel my appointment. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with any call center. TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time--call a local repairman, which is all they would have done anyway...

i really like and appredciate my repair man who has to drive 3 hours to work on my equipment but he has been working on my washing machine since march and my drier since april and they are still broken. he was a no show last week for an appointment and i got a request to reschedule - for June 16....I pay overr 500 a year for this service and I need to see some results soon.
