I spent over 10+ hours waiting for this scheduled service call. The original scheduled window came And went without any updates or notifications until an hour after the scheduled for our window. At that point, I was told by text the service call has been rescheduled for the next day between 8 and 12. The repair man showed up at 1:30 PM. He may have fixed it in 20 minutes, but I can't get 10 hours of missed work time paid for me.

Francisco showed up earlier than planned. Spoke to me about the issue, gave me a quote , and then made the repair. Thought my igniter on my oven was going to need replaced but was able to clean it and get it working properly which saved me significant money. Would recommend Sears home repair anytime! Very impressed
