Horace was wonderful
But for two days we were told that he was on his way and the time of arrival kept being pushed back. We waited for two full business days for the service to take place.

Armando is a great technician and person . He gave me good tips on how to place my food in the freezer to insure I get optimal service from my unit. I appreciate the easy banter that he used when explaining a lot of things. If I need Sears in the future for repairs I hope to always get Armando.
