Javier was a very good, knowledgeable Technician but Sears sent a faulty part that he couldn't use so now I have to have him come again when I get the part again!! This will be the 12th appointment Sears has made for my dishwasher. I want Javier to come back to install part because he knows what he is doing. Thank you.
