Efrain arrived during the time slot I expected. He ran some diagnostics on the machine and determined that there possible was something blocking the machine from draining the water. He drained the machine, cleaned out the drain area and pump and found a piece of clothing that was blocking the water from draining. He then ran the machine through a trail and assured me that the machine was working again. I am very pleased with Efrain's knowledge and courteous manner.
