The problem with the dish washer is not fixed.

The technician is not skilled enough to repair Bosch dish washers, his familiarity with the washing machine is pathetic. He did not fix the defect, made the machine's condition worse.

Not good , still the dishwasher on heavy wash is not working. The technician did not have the insurance with him so he could not fix anything just said everything is ok.

Not his fault…

Second time Sears scheduled a technician to come to my house, without the necessary (pre-communicated) equipment. Technician was pleasant and professional but his company caused me extra lost days in a hot house…TWICE.
