Maintenance
Service technicians were very professional. It great to have a woman technician as well. But I did notice that your maintenance has changed nothing was done to my stove . It was looked at so I guess everything must have been working . Broken oven light bulb was removed , oven was turned on igniter was check. I was given anything in writing , just a verbal results ,it be a good idea to get written assessment

THIS YOUNG MAN HAS A LEADERSHIP ABILITY TO GET THINGS DONE. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT THAT HE WAS CALLED ON (MY REFRIGERATOR). Horace was very nice and pleasant to interact with. My frustration was with the Sears system and confirming the appointment. The, what I assume, autobot asked for me to confirm the appointment the day before which I did. It stated the service window would be from 8am - Noon. I made sure to adjust my schedule to be available, however, the window of 8am - Noon came and went. Horace didn't make it to our place until after 4pm. I didn't receive any notifications regarding delays. And there wasn't even a number to call to ask and confirm if the appointment had been canceled or not. Sears needs to fine tune their "day of" communications.

Overall it was an okay experience . Sade was pleasant . The only issue I have is she could not move the machine to clean and inspect the back of the machine . Due to that I don't feel like the machine was fully serviced . There should be technician's who are able to fully do the job .

Lacking Knowledge
I requested to get my washer fixed, Javier V came to look and mentioned that some parts needed to be ordered. Patrick came two weeks later and said oops, we need more parts; it might not be worth getting this fixed, buy a new one, Javier should have mentioned that it could have saved us the inconvenience of 2 weeks and unnecessary ordering of parts by Sears (i did not pay for parts but than too it was a waste of time and money for Sears). This ratings is for service provided by Javier V. Patrick was Knowledgable to know what was needed.

My dishwasher is still leaking water
Olusegun worked very hard both times that he has been here to repair my dishwasher. He assured me that the problem of water leaking our of the sides of the dishwasher during the cycle was taken care of. Last night I washed a load of dishes. Just to be safe, I placed a baking pan under each corner of the dishwasher in case any water did leak out. I am relieved that I did that since water leaked out both sides of the dishwasher with about one cup leaking. I need to protect our wood floor. I don't know what to do now. Olusegun is the second Sears repairman to be in my home in the last month who has put in new parts, but still has not corrected the problem.

Need documentation to AHS to replace Microwave
Tech came out and determined that Microwave is unrepairable. The documentation needs to be sent to AHS, American Home Shield Home Warranty Company so that they can replace the Microwave. We are still waiting on that. Instead, you guys rescheduled the appointment to today again - that is not what is required. Poor Follow-thru from the tech appointment or internal Sears Home Services process is broken
