Efrain did a great job check under the refrigerator about my complaint of water coming for under the bottom. He checked to make the temperature was right. He also checked the back to make sure there were no problems. He made sure the door were closing proper.

Orla was very friendly and nice but I am a bit disappointed by how Sears schedules appointments and hoping they improve their system in the near future. I was originally told that the technician will arrive around 7:38am to 8:30am. He did not arrive until around 11:40am. Today, I have another Sears appt with an 8-12 window and it's now almost 1pm, still no technician and the status online says it's now going to be around 2:30-3:15pm. Sigh.
