Raul came to fix the problem at all cost there was a problem with the new part he worked long and hard to fix it and wasn't able to fix it so he could have just order a replacement part and left it for another wk but no he found a part at a city store and came back and fix the problem that the kind of man he is doesn't stop til he get it right good man and a good person glad to have met him

Outstanding!! That's all I can say in every aspect of service delivery!!! Professional, knowledgeable and repaired my washer efficiently. The previous technician may need training. It was not a good experience. I will call and use Sears repair service again and again! Hats off to Montel for operating in excellence!

Alexis we prompt, clean, and very accommodating (I'm in on crutches for leg surgery, just last week). Problem was quickly identified and resolved. Unfortunately, however, there was another more costly repair that he identified, but after deliberation, declined that repair, and opted for a new drier at almost the same cost. Nonetheless, I would recommend Alexis time & time again.
