Raul called when he was 20 mins from the house. He arrived on time and gave an estimate quickly. He replaced the door jamb as I had requested in a timely manner.

Raul was very polite, and has the patience of a Saint. I asked a lot of questions about the refrigerator, and he took the time to listen before answering my questions in a way that I would understand exactly what he was saying. I'm sure he took my age into consideration before answering to ensure that I understood. This is something I greatly appreciate. You should have him teach a class to your other technicians on how to be more patient with elderly customers. I've been a customer with seers for over 50 years and I must say Raul is one of the Best technicians you have sent out. if I could, I would request him for all of my service calls. Thank you Raul for representing what Excellent Customer Service should be π
