Efrain assessed the issue with my washer dryer and came back the next week to do the repair. He has a soothing manner and is very knowledgeable. I had no worries as I knew he knew exactly what to do. The repair is a huge relief as it gave me peace of mind that Efrain the expert was on the case. He is the best repair person I have ever had with Sears in over 20 years. He deserves a raise and whatever accolades that are available to him. I am grateful for his work and professionalism. Thank you so much and all the best to you.
