Tech came didn't fine anything wrong. I put my regular of clothes to wash and the machine did not spin all the water out tried it 3 Times to drain and spin and nothing happen took all my clothes out wet then reset it empty and it spinned and drained completely don't understand why or what is wrong with it.

The technician was great, but Sears has an expectation for customers to have an 8-hour window of availability while waiting for a tech to arrive. This is unrealistic for professionals who work and have limited time off available for attending to repairs or errands during the workday. Also, the original appointment was rescheduled but I received an email stating that the reschedule could not be accommodated so the original appointment would be kept. Nobody ever showed on that day and I lost a full day's work leave waiting on someone only to be contacted on the day I had rescheduled in the first place and informed that a tech was on the way that day instead. A complete breakdown of communication, poor use of auto-scheduling features, and piss poor customer service. Luckily the tech was knowledgeable and thorough otherwise this would be a 1-star review.

Technician showed up on time. Was very nice and informing. Completed the job. AC was working and then it wasn't. AC went out about 3 hours after he left. Called Sears to do a recall, and all I got was an AI operator, which did not help. Put in a recall and have not heard back.

I am very disappointed with the time it took Sears to repair my washer. 1 part took over a month to come in. I don't know if they forgot to order. After contacting the home insurance carrier serveral times they got in contact with Sears service department and finally I was notified the part was ordered . The part finally came in last week. After that I was notified that the washer would be serviced on July 2.
